All sales are final.

Order Accuracy

Please carefully review all order details before completing your purchase, including:

  • Colors
  • Sizes
  • Shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A partial or full refund
  • Store credit

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Handmade Item Disclaimer

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, wood grain, placement, or appearance may occur. These variations are normal and make each item unique.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase unless production has already started.

Custom or personalized orders may not be canceled once work has begun.
